CFOM and the Institute for Advanced Legal Studies are hosting a panel event focusing on press freedom and regulation in a digital era. The panel event will provide a chance to discuss the issues that online news media is facing in a newly prevalent culture of control. The panel will also discuss the challenges that press freedom is facing in the digital news ecosystem. The event will also provide a space for CFOM’s Dr Irini Katsirea to discuss these issues in relation to her new book: Press Freedom and Regulation in a Digital Era: A Comparative Study.
