CFOM’s project with Free Press Unlimited applies innovative data science and grass-roots expertise in safety research to make an advanced tool for monitoring and reporting attacks against journalists.
CFOM hosts the Journalism Safety Research Network, a worldwide collaboration among scholars and experts which delivered action-oriented Recommendations to the UNESCO-led review of the UN Plan of Action in November 2022
CFOM are focusing on journalists in exile and the issues they face in exile, including safety concerns that emphasise the need for a more systematic approach by policy makers to include the issue of exile into safety considerations.
CFOM scrutinised and assessed the new complaints handling procedure of the Independent Press Standards Organisation (IPSO).
