CFOM’s project with Free Press Unlimited applies innovative data science and grass-roots expertise in safety research to make an advanced tool for monitoring and reporting attacks against journalists.
CFOM hosts the Journalism Safety Research Network, a worldwide collaboration among scholars and experts which delivered action-oriented Recommendations to the UNESCO-led review of the UN Plan of Action in November 2022
CFOM scrutinised and assessed the new complaints handling procedure of the Independent Press Standards Organisation (IPSO) which replaced the UK Press Complaints Commission following the Leveson Inquiry.
CFOM and the Centre for Law, Justice and Journalism worked together on a project split into two phases and a working conference to tackle impunity.
